Developing technology
solutions and implementing web strategies can be complex.
Often times, projects require the expertise of numerous
professionals, thousands of man-hours, and evolving requirements.
To counter this, GeoDesign has created and refined
a specific development process. It begins with an in-depth
discussion with the client over project goals and requirements.
After the scope of the project has been defined, a GeoDesign project manager
is selected to provide the project with overall direction and management. The
project is then divided into smaller independently manageable segments. Each
of these smaller segments is managed by a GeoDesign team leader with expertise
in a specific area of business or technology.
Additionally, certain segments are handed over to our production centers in South
America and Asia, to provide the client with additional cost-savings. The team
leaders and the project will continue to be coordinated by a GeoDesign project
manager while the smaller segments are completed.
These segments are then integrated into the final solution, which is tested for
accuracy and usability. After final approval from the client, the solution is
deployed. A post-project discussion is held so that both the client and GeoDesign can
learn from the experience. |
